Enriched You Snapshot
First up, we’ll build your personal Enriched You Snapshot, unpacking the barriers getting in the way of your success; the things that are a disservice to you and your growth. Let’s break free of the boring and frustrating. We’ll identify the immediate opportunities; where do you need to get out of your own way and how do you get back in control of your success?
Unique You
Then we’ll identify the Unique You - your unique expertise and point of difference, what makes you YOU! It’s time to stop hiding. Instead of being ignored or feeling irrelevant, it’s time to own and share your expertise. Your increased confidence will allow you to move forward from where you are and to increase your visibility and authority in your life. You will learn the difference between externally sourced and internally sourced confidence and how to build confidence resiliency
Enriched You Blueprint
Then we will develop your Enriched You Blueprint where you will reflect, reset and reimagine your new normal. This is where you get back in control of your success, how you can consistently function at your best, to thrive and become a conscious leader. It doesn’t matter how much strategy, goal setting or planning you do, without the energy, purpose or passion to function at your best, you will stay stuck and crush your ability to become the enriched you, you dream to be.
Finally, it’s time to get focused. Using a framework to unlock your growth opportunity, we will complete your Enriched You Game Plan to hone in your focus on the right immediate actions and tactics for the stage you are at. We will get clear on where you are, where you are heading and what you need to do now. It’s time to commit to your next new normal and to take ownership of your growth.
Enriched You Game Plan
Here's what is included...
The program will run over 10 weeks
Each week you’ll receive a newsletter outlining the key focus for the week, with a supporting video and other resources.
We’ll get together as a group across 10 weeks for a 60-minute on-line group coaching session to talk about your progress and brainstorm specific strategies and tactics for YOU and YOUR success...so you can put into action and report on your results. (Don’t worry if some weeks you can’t make this – the session will be recorded and shared for the duration of the program). Some weeks will be coaching weeks and others will be Q&A.
Additional resource access to:
Access the private Enriched You Facebook group to connect, share, ask questions and learn from each other.
Direct access to Kathryn via the Facebook group and email to ask for guidance, direction or clarity on the tools or something specific you are working on or towards.
When the program ends you will continue to have access to all the videos and materials plus ongoing access to the recorded weekly group coaching sessions and private Facebook page for an additional 3 months.
